Gin description

IQ GIN brings alive the mixture of botanicals as a mist in the glass to be savored and enjoyed. We produce IQ from a wash base, that we ferment from malted barley. This is a longer and more labour intense process but we believe gives a finer more unique Gin. A distiller starting with a natural spirt produced by others, who re-distill without substantially alerting the neutral character of the spirt may not be said to be a craft or artisan distiller.
