Tom Time Cold Compound Gin

Gin description

Tom Time is a cold compound gin, that is to say that some botanicals are not distilled, but cold macerated in alcohol. This ancestral technique allows an optimal conservation of the organoleptic properties, as well as of the most delicate and particular aromas, which are transferred from the botanicals to the gin. Instead we decided to distill some others to accentuate their finesse and aromatic flavor. The final result is determined by the assembly of the spirits of each botany, in a perfect sensorial balance. Tom Time Gin is the first Gin born in Brianza: to be precise in Montavecchia, in the Parco del Curone. It all starts with an idea by Claudia Crippa, producer of La Costa farm wines, together with winemakers Davide Marelli and Luca Bennato.
