Monsieur Gin, a London Dry Gin with strong principles: Juniper berries, coriander seeds, verbena leaves and elder flowers are organic and harvested in the Cognac region throughout the year. The distillation, in the excellence of the Charentaise tradition, is done in the Cognac region in a small still (500 liters) incorporating the 4 essential ingredients. Monsieur Gin uses pure water from the Gensac-la-Pallue spring located less than 5km from Cognac. The expression of ancestral French know-how allows the best ingredients selected throughout the year to deliver the authenticity of an exceptional London Dry Gin.
