Gin description

Duivelskral is an exceptional gin and the first distillery of Distillery Klopman. The name refers to the Old Dutch name for juniper, the dominant botanical where dry gin owes its specific taste. Devilskral is a finely-fired and traditionally made Dutch Dry gin with six pre-macerated alcohol-soaked and then co-fired botanicals. It has a robust but well-balanced flavor profile, which is especially spicy with subtle fresh and citrus aromas. Nepalese Timut pepper (member of the Szechuan pepper and citrus family) is one of the used botanicals. The berry grows high in the Himalayas and has all the Devil's distinctive aromas.
