Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin

Gin description

Mirabeau Rosé Gin is a London Dry Gin. The distillery used a 100% neutral alcohol made from grapes to achieve a round and slightly fruity palate. A hint of this Mirabeau Classic rosé gives the gin a sumptuous texture. Lemon and coriander give it a fresh acidity. Iris and angelica roots give it floral and earthy notes respectively. The rose petals, the lavender and jasmine are used sparingly to achieve delicate floral notes. Finally, bay leaf, thyme and rosemary give the whole a finely balanced herbaceous character.
