Gin description

Distilled with the same gluten free, corn base as our Vodka, this Gin lets the botanicals do the work witout being overpowering in any direction. A botanical basket is used in order to allow the vapors to flow trhough to attain the most flavor possible. A process called post mmaceration drives the color from the butterfly pea flower into the spirit, creating a vibrant purple that then reacts with the addition of citrus or tonic water to become lavender or pale pink
