Gin description

Isle of Møn Gin is made of water, which is bottled at Klintholm Gods and is made entirely from herbs, flowers and roots from the wild nature of Møn. The Møn gin is a sustainable product. The distillers avoid importing ingredients that are not found in Danish nature, such as lemon, licorice root and coriander. As a result, this is an authentic, traditional gin, with raw materials that grow on the island only. Extractions of all herbs are distilled separately and then carefully composed, flavored and added to the base spirit. Afterwards fresh cliff water from Klintholm Gods is added. This fresh water is completely pure and natural filtered by the 75-million year old chalk layer at White Cliffs. This gin is unfiltered, which means that the important essential oils are preserved. The result is a delicious, rich, soft and round gin.
