Our unique Yorkshire Dry Gin combines rhubarb from the famous Wakefield Triangle, locally grown liquorice (think Pontefract cakes) and eight other specially selected botanicals sourced from all corners of the globe. A novel cold vacuum distillation process allows the full intensity of these essences to carry through into the finished spirit, creating a distinctive dry gin that is both unique and unforgettable.
