Gin description

Kapriol Dry Gin was born in the end of 2015 after two years of research and experimentation aimed at reproducing the ancient recipe of the classic Kapriol, turning it into a real gin. The latter, in fact, is a typical mountain liqueur that is produced since 1948 and an ancient process that combines a distilled component obtained by the main gin botanical and a sugar component that make it in fact a liqueur.
