With its beautiful pink / delicate red color, this gin liqueur is the perfect match in any cocktail. It is only the imagination that sets the limits when you have to mix a cocktail with it. Try it with alm or lemontonic. You can turn up and down the balance depending on which mixer you choose. Lemontonic gives a refreshing bitterness to the cocktail - and a good counterpoint to rhubarb. You can also try emphasizing the rhubarb with a rhubarb tonic.
