Krater Noster Bavarian Distilled Dry Gin

Gin description

Only the finest ingredients have earned it to land in our Krater Noster. Therefore, we also rely on Juniper berries directly from the rough rieser Heide, handpicked on the edge of our legendary meteorite crater. The harvest is troublesome, it takes about an hour, until we have harvested 500 grams berries from the thorny bushes. The distillate of juniper berries smells and tastes overwhelmingly fruity tart with slightly resinous notes. In addition an appeal fruity pear, refreshing lemon zest and reserved shy rhubarb root - et voilà ... No coincidence Krater Noster has full 46.9%. This is a tribute to the 469 meter high Wennberg, a highly visible landmark in the midst of a giant crater.
