Lady Adler Chiltern Gin

Gin description

The Lady Adler Gin is playful gin full of character. We first create a classic London Dry on our copper still using juniper, angelica root, seville orange peel and coriander seed among other botanicals. We then steep more juniper and pimento in our spirit, before distilling them again in our Rota-Vap to capture the lighter flavour notes of these botanicals. Overall Lady Adler is a balanced gin that stands up well to mixing in cocktails as well as a classic G+T.
