Made by our good friends chef Kate Williams and bartender Christian Stachel, for Kate’s new restaurant “Lady of the House.” Lady of the House was one of Eater National’s most anticipated restaurant openings of the year and Kate was recently recognized as Food and Wine Chef of the Year. Fresh and floral, with notes from the forest and garden. Kate and Christian worked extensively with our Master Distiller, JP Jerome to create a balanced gin that would play nicely in standbys like the martini and the gin and tonic but would also be applicable within modern and older style gin-driven cocktails. Botanicals include Juniper, Rosemary, Cardamom, White Peppercorns, Thyme, Kalamata olives, and a small amount of one ingredient Stachel prefers to keep a secret.
