Gin description

This gin is created with our Vodka as a base that is entirely locally produced from 100% barley from ourselves as well as local farmers. We then take this brandy and distilling it a fourth time with classic ginkryddor and a hefty amount of locally produced sea buckthorn berries from the Sunna Akers Pantry in Alfta. All spices, first simmer for a while in the liquor to relinquish the flavors then we distil gently over the alcohol which then turned into a unique Gin. Sea buckthorn berries give gin a fruity, mild and exciting flavor that goes slightly to the passion with plenty of citrus. It does not have the usual strong lonely juniper character as gin often without it blossoms into more shades without losing juniper flavor too much.
