Denim is the contraction of “de Nîmes”, a city in which the creators of the “Le Blue Denim” gin grew up, with the desire to highlight this famous blue denim fabric that has become a famous, everyday and universal fashion accessory. On the strength of their wine-growing experience, they were uncompromising in the choice of raw materials, which they wished to be local and emblematic of the Mediterranean coast. The result is up to their ambitions and they encourage you to discover it pure or in a cocktail! Made from organic superior vinic alcohol, grape marc from the Mediterranean basin, all the ingredients are distilled independently in a “Small-Batch” Charentais still. Only the heart of the distilla is preserved for a complex and balanced aromatic rendering. Reduction in reverse osmosis water. Composed of 14 botanicals: juniper berry, lemon, citron, rosemary, lemon thyme, lavender, glasswort, fleur de sel, pine needle… and a few secret ingredients.
