Västerås Pink Gin - Elderflower, Berberis, Pomegranate

Gin description

Västerås Pink Gin - distilled through 6 columns - is a very smooth and round gin. Distilled with extra pink damascena, elderberry and barberry for a lovely floral scent on the nose but a warm and berry flavour in the mouth. After distillation, the gin is coloured red with pomegranate which gives the fantastic color and a little acid which rounds off the sweetness but still a dry gin. Ingredients include juniper berries, coriander seeds, lemon zest, angelica root, Tellicherry black pepper, barberry, damascena and pomegranate.
