Gin description
In a small Dutch town called Schiedam, a family of surnames Peters distilled the first Llave Gin. A unique recipe: a brandy obtained from the distillation of cereals which is subsequently redistilled with finely selected juniper berries, providing its characteristic flavor and aroma. It was Edward and Karl Otto Peters who imposed the Llave Gin in 1867 and was one of the earliest records of the original patent and trademark office. Since arriving in 1867 - from Schiedam (Holland) - Llave Gin was part of the daily life of Argentina. This exotic drink is found in numerous references of Martín Fierro, paintings by Molina Campo and songs by Luca Prodan. In gin has a last distillation with berries of juniper, which provides a more characteristic aroma and flavor. The gin is flavored by infusions of herbs like cardamom, coriander, angelica, etc.
