Gin description
The word Gin derives from the Dutch Genever. lt is distilled from grain and receives its unique flavour and aroma from juniper berries and other botanicals, such as coriander seed, orange peel, liquorice, lemon peel, almonds, cassia bark, cardamom seeds, cinnamon bark, bergamot and cocoa.The secondary process imparts to each Gin its particular taste.
