Mad Owl Gin London Dry is our offer of the classic dry gin with lots of character, good sweetness and a mild twist of selected herbs. A perfect starting point if you prefer a GT classic or want to experiment with your favorite garnish. Botanicals include juniper, coriander, angelica root, lemon peel, thyme, sage, grains of paradise and orris root. We distill the gin in the traditional way with herbs directly in the copper kettle and in the herb basket, which is mounted on the gooseneck. The result is a series of tasty and very characteristic gin variants, which are clear in their profile and easy to mix.
