Maidli Gin - Blend 2

Gin description

Our small home-brewery near the Glottertal & Freiburg has been burning fires for more than 100 years, mainly with self-cultivated & native fruit varieties. 3 blends are offered to suit the variety of the gins. Blend 02 is a New Western Gin - it is very mild, soft with its floral bouquet, the flavors of many indigenous flowers and spices, as well as elderberry and rose blossoms, but also earthy notes we rhubarb root and celery make this gin very round & interesting in its diversity of taste. In the case of the Blend's 02 & 03, the fine aromas of the flowers and herbs are particularly carefully captured by the percolation in the aroma basket, giving each gin its particular and unique character. The "Maidli" on the label is an old gothic costume that reflects the origin of the long firing tradition in the region and combines existing traditions with the new modern.
