Maredsous Abbey is located in the heart of the Molignée valley, at the gates of the Belgian Ardennes. The generous and preserved nature of this valley rich in natural springs makes it a favorable place for the wild flora and the most delicate plants necessary for the production of our spirits. Maredsous Gin is made from an infusion of more than 10 medicinal plants in a distillate of bio-certified grains (barley, rye and wheat). The particularly rich and pure aromatic concentrate is available in three categories depending on the plants used and their different therapeutic qualities. Maredsous Invictus is the result of an infusion of more than 10 medicinal plants, including junipers, omens, hazel, angelica and cardamom, in a distillate of bio-certified cereals (barley, rye and wheat). Aged in oak barrels (6 months). Very balanced, slightly spicy and woody. Test of soft tannins thanks to the aging in oak barrels in which the whiskey was stored.
