This organic gin, at 40% ABV, is crafted from a distillate of certified organic grains, including barley, rye, and wheat, infused with juniper berry, hazelnut catkin, hogweed, and angelica. After six months of aging in oak barrels, it reveals a dry, woody profile with dry, rounded aromas and a beautifully smooth mouthfeel.
