Gin description
A Gin aged in Bourbon barrels, beautifully aged with a stunning array of botanicals. Citrus peel is present and balanced with a small amount of star anise, coriander seeds, cardamom and orris root all beautifully balanced with the juniper. The gin is then aged in oak barrels, giving the spirit a deeper, more complex flavour.
