Gin description

We are a unique, true craft gin producer. That is, we hand charge our 'state of the art' still with grain alcohol and botanicals, then distill to produce the finished gin. No flavour elements are added after the product leaves the still. They said, “you have got to be joking!” We said, “try it.” They said, “no joke, please can I have some more?” Absolutely gin and absolutely grown up chocolate mint which comes through strongly with quality tonic. A great mix of gin flavours and signature chocolate mint. Juniper and coriander upfront, followed on by a fresh garden mint that transforms into dusky a chocolate notes, then nishes on a combination of chocolate and mint.
