Zeiver - A Gin, Unique

Gin description

Zeiver was developed by James Bilson and Clayton Patterson in collaboration with Dr John Walters, an Oxford PhD biochemist and the founder and distiller at The English Spirit Distillery. Zeiver truly is a 'Gin Unique' because it contains no generic botanicals except juniper. The other botanicals include peach, cherry, pistachio, macadamia nut, apple, aloe vera, lime and grapefruit. Inspired by Japanese spirits, we choose polished rice to give Zeiver an ultra-smooth palate, even at 47% ABV. Our bespoke base rice is sourced from Niigata Prefecture, Japan, which is world renowned for taste and quality. When it comes to high-quality gin, water is a crucial factor. That's why we opted for the best. Zeiver uses water filtered through reverse osmosis, which is 3x purer than Evian water.
