Gin description

We are a unique, true craft gin producer. That is, we hand charge our 'state of the art' still with grain alcohol and botanicals, then distill to produce the finished gin. No flavour elements are added after the product leaves the still. There are many gins out there which would describe themselves as citrus in character. Some less and some more so. We have created a sweet and distinctive gin using multiple citrus fruits, while not tart and definitely gin. It has been described as having a solid citrus smack and very moreish. Bursting with citrus, with some of the lighter juniper and coriander floral notes. Lots of citrus mixed with creamy vanilla and then the sweetness of honeydew melon. This has a fabulous combination of sweetness and zestiness.
