At the heart of Meunier's Gin lies 200 years of distilling experience and a lot more…. Our distilling team has worked with local herbalists to source the finest ingredients from across the globe. Meunier's Gin is distilled from 100% beetroot neutral spirit and a balanced mix of 12 botanicals, creating a unique flavour profile unlike any other Gin. Meunier's is not your average small batch Gin. What we mean by craft distillation is anything but a standard affair. Our unique mix of 12 botanicals infused in beetroot neutral spirit 24 hours prior to distillation to generate optimum flavours. Each batch is then distilled in our small custom built Stupfler alembic still using the “one shot” distillation method, a process only used in a handful of premium gins. The 100l “heart distillate” is then carefully brought down to 42% ABV in four stages, using water from a spring in the Vercors Mountain Range, near our Distillery. Our centuries' old process creates a powerful yet balanced Gin, unparalleled in quality and truly “small batch”.
