Levantine Gin Oak Aged is the aged version in red wine barrels of Levantine Gin from the Israeli Milk & Honey distillery. After a double distillation of malted barley, juniper and local aromatic herbs carefully selected at the Levinski market in Tel Aviv macerate for 48 hours directly in the still of the distillery. The third and final distillation follows, before placing the red wine in barrels in the heart of the distillery's maturation room, near the Mediterranean coast, resulting in a herbaceous and woody spirit of great complexity.
