The aroma of Modernessia is fine and delicate. On the nose delicate fragrances that evoke Mediterranean aromatic plants formerly used in the manufacture of beverages by the monks of the “Cistercian Order”. These fragrances are perfectly integrated with subtle notes of citrus with the juniper distillate. Modernessia has an elegant and subtle flavor. Soft, fresh and sweet on the palate thanks to the distilled honey. It combines perfectly with citrus and rosemary.
