Gin description

A gin in the London dry style from the Münsterland with a strong flavor on coffee. All elementary production steps take place in the beautiful Münsterland. In the first step, a distillation of a fine grain of wheat in the Sasse fine-brewery in Schöppingen is made of high-quality organic wheat. Our coffeester Mr. Hase from Amelsbüren roasts for us two very different but perfectly harmonious coffees. Ethiopian yirgacheffe Aramo with strong berry aromatics and a Sigri from Papua New Guinea with fine citrus and classic coffee and roasted aromas. Our 12 botanicals are processed and macerated by hand in Schöppingen in the best possible and fresh quality, and they are responsible for the predominant coffee and citrus aromas. The second distillation is then carried out on a small and very high-quality 20 liter Copper Pot still burning unit. Now the gin rest a few days for harmonization and is then lowered to 45% optimal drinking strength with regional drinking water and then bottled.
