Gin description

Cask aged gin with notes and sweetness from the casks the gin have rested in for 8-9 months. Matured in Ex. Bourbon and Ex.Oloroso Sherry casks adds notes of Vanilla, caramel and honey against the fresh botanicals and lime from the Gin. Enjoy neat in a good sniffer glass with a good cup of coffee. Botanicals include Juniper, Almonds, Cloves, Root of liquorice, Coriander, Seeds of anise, Tangerines, Pepper, Lime, Lemon and Orange.
