Gin description

Our Gin usually sweeps in immediately with fresh busrts of pine and citrus notes from the moment you break the seal. In this case, you see another side of the botanicals, more delicate and refined. The addition of medium toast American oak rounds the edges of a normally lively and vibrant Gin to reveal softer characters of vanilla and cinnamon on the palate. A short aging process allows us to maintain the original character of our Gin but enough oak contribution to give it something special. Worthy of sipping alongside Gin's darker cousins.
