Gin description

Gin has suffered from an unfortunate reputation and a lot of epithets, but modern craft-distilled gins are nothing like their mass-produced, cover-up-the-bad-spirits cousins. For our gin, Heart Cut Vodka is re-distilled and vapor infused using a simple combination of juniper, coriander, cinnamon, and sweet orange peel, allowing you to pick out the nuance of every ingredient. Juniper will be the predominant flavor you'll first detect but it's a lovely under note. Spice, sweetness, and a warm smooth finish will ruin you for any other gin.
