Gin description

Nicholas gin (apparently named for proprietor Nicholas Carbone) is made in a self-proclaimed departure from traditional dry gins in the London style. This is accomplished through non-traditional botanicals such as lavender, rose hips, and hibisucs for "delightful balance between juniper and floral."
