This ultra-small batch of Ableforth's famous Bathtub Gin is extra special: it was aged in a Oloroso Sherry cask that also previously held Tobermory Heavily-Peated Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Nose: Smoked and salted caramel. Taste: The smoke comes through, rich and delicious; notes of citrus peel are followed by the savoury smoke of chipotle or gammon. Finish: More sweetness on the finish, making this reminiscent of a smoked sticky toffee pudding.
