Gin description
At Gatwick Airport you'll find the world’s first airport gin distillery. To celebrate the launch, Master of Gin Matt Servini has created a bespoke botanical recipe – aptly named Nicholas Culpeper after the famous English botanist. Modelled on a traditional London Dry Gin, it uses ingredients from Chinese Cassia Bark to Indian Angelica Root, and the airport’s copper still produces up to 12 litres of gin per batch. As well as offering a range of cocktails, The Nicholas Culpeper’s distillery-cum-bar sells bottles of London Gatwick gin stamped with the batch number, production date and signature of the distiller that day.
