Gin description

Apples and Gin are the perfect cocktail - especially when using the oldest Danish apple, which also comes from South Funen. Filippa apples are spicy, sweet and have a fresh acid after harvest. Fresh Filippa apple pieces are added to the finished distilled gin and release their flavours. The macerated apple slices are then distilled separately and added to the gin - which gives a creamy and soft taste of spicy fresh apples. Botanicals include juniper berry, licorice root, aniseed, cloves, pink pepper, coriander seeds and fresh shell from lime, lemon and orange.
