Njord Distilled Sand & Sea Gin - Infused With Seaweed

Gin description

In this gin, we distill seaweed, sea beet, beach mustard and seakale together with our housemade potato distillate and a range of botanicals from our Njord Gin DNA. We have made two editions of the ”Distilled Sand and Sea”. The only and very visible difference is that one of them is infused with seaweed to add a powerfull sea taste to it. The ABV is 45% in both gins. The botanicals from the sea and the beach provide a deep, salty, green, peberish and umami like dimension to the taste. Batch 4 is infused with both seaweed and amber.
