Gin description

An aged version of our edition Brandy Gin Style. It all starts with a gorgeous wine "Folle Blanche" (the highly sought Cognac grape variety). After a stint in barrels, distillation is Brandy. We used this as a Brandy Gin base in the redistilling with juniper, citrus and spices. The result is a boutique spirits, fruity, dense and expressive. A dash of tonic or lemonade highlighted the Folle Blanche.
