Norlyk Blueberry Gin is made from first- and second-year junipers, juniper twigs and South Jutland-grown blueberries. The taste is pure and soft, with a touch of sweetness and acidity from the berries. Norlyk Distillery is a micro-distillery located in Tønder. The distillery was founded by Jesper Norlyk and Claus Norlyk in 2020.
