Gin description

A “Mediterranean” reinterpretation of Gin obtained mainly from the distillation of partially fermented wine, definitely far from the traditional idea of ​​London Dry Gin. The result is a distillate with amoniousness and power worthy of a high-class eau de parfum. The base notes are characterized by the softness of vanilla and dried Muscat grapes. Black is a very fragrant, complex and elegant gin, quite soft, but less soft than the “White” variant due to a lower presence of vanilla beans, the absence of figs and a light smoking of rosemary.
