Ormskirk Gin

Gin description

Ormskirk Gin is a true craft gin produced locally by hand in small batches. It has been developed by local gin enthusiasts who wanted to produce a quality gin with character linking it to Ormskirk. Given the history of gingerbread making in the town it is no surprise that ginger is a key ingredient! The Gin is citrus led with aromatic floral tones, ginger gives it a wonderful mellow, slightly spicy finish towards the back of the pallet. It's best enjoyed with a slice of orange. Ormskirk Gin is entirely distilled using the vapor infusion method in batches of around 20 bottles per distillation.
