Pollards Inn Gin, Pig Gin, is crafted in small batches using traditional methods, a mix of grains such as barley, corn and wheat, juniper berries and Pollards own mix of ingredients. To give the specific flavour to Pig Gin the botanicals or ingredients are citrus led, with tangerine leading to cardamom which creates its intriguing, mellow and slightly warm finish.
