Gin description

Protea Gin is produced by first sourcing the best neutral grain spirit and then rectifying it at the distillery with a unique copper catalysation process to ensure ultimate smoothness. Nectar from individual Suikerbossie Protea’s are harvested by hand and add to a 13 botanical infusion. Only 200 bottles were distilled. With every bottle purchased you will donate R100 to the Flower Valley Conservation Trust (NGO) helping to secure our often-threatened fynbos landscapes, and protect those whose livelihoods depend on fynbos.
