Carnation Gin

Gin description

The base alcohol of Carnation Gin is a distillate of cereal (whole wheat, natural and without genetic manipulation), it is made in France with water from the Alps. In a handmade distillery in Granada, next to Sierra Nevada, a double distillation (London system) with juniper berries is made. This distillate is sent to our distillery with high graduation, macerated with our botanists and adding Cazalla water to get the 40th Volume. The final product, a Premium gin, London Dry type obtained by traditional distillation: clear, medium-bodied, soft and silky on the palate, with good harmonization between alcohol and botanicals, predominating in the smell citrus of Andalusia
