Gin description

The initial flavor of our gin confirms that it is a gin (some gins are basically only flavored vodka), because it is the juniper that we smell first, then it is d other ingredients, including citrus, cilantro and lavender, which reveal themselves in the mouth. It evokes long-lasting Provençal sunsets, a hot sun at the edge of a swimming pool or under the parasol of a café in the village square. Our gin is Provencal and proud of it!
