Raisthorpe Manor uses age-old traditional methods to produce this Great Taste 2 Gold Star award-winning gin. Summer ripened damsons are grown on the Wolds, seeped in London Gin and sugar and left to mature at Raisthorpe for at least eight months. Our Damson Gin is smoother and fruiter to taste than the traditional Sloe Gin and has a wonderful deep colour. This smooth and fruity gin is lovingly handmade to the highest quality and is making an appearance in Harvey Nichols cocktails across the country!
