Revsunds Distillery Herrevaden Gin - Elderflower

Gin description

All our Gins are based on neutral grain spirit and water from our drilled well that gives us fresh, crisp and unique water stored almost 100 meters down in the bedrock of the Revsunds granite. We distill with choices of spices and berries from the corner of our house to the corner of the world. We have two column stills. One that holds 100 liter and one that holds 1000 liter and a brewhouse that holds 2000 liters where we make beer and our whisky mash. Juniper-led nose with white pepper and citrus hints. The palate is zingy at first, then dries out with notes of sweet liquorice and cardamom leading to the short, warming finish.
