Gin description

Mashbill: Derived from our rye whiskey new make. Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander, Galangal Root, Earl Grey Tea, Elderberry, Lavender, Winter Green, and Chamomile. Aroma: Elegant floral complexity highlights the nose, complemented by sweet notes of blueberry, lemon peel, and honey. Taste: Sweet lavender and chamomile rounded out by moderate dark berries and currants with light citrus and subtle spice. Finish: Lightly sweet with lemon peel and white pepper.
