Gin description

Our gin starts with pure spring water from the nearby Black Diamond Springs. This helps us produce a cleaner and fresher tasting spirit without multiple rounds of filtering. Sea Bishop Gin features a full measure of the classic gin botanicals like juniper, coriander, and angelica root but also includes several new American style gin ingredients such as cardamom, orange peel, and pink peppercorns. We pride ourselves on being a small business with strong local roots. Our gin is made 100% by hand and we monitor each step of the distilling process to ensure a high-quality consistent product.
