Gin description

This limited edition is a tribute to the five generations of distillers of the Romero-Haupold family and very especially to Don Augusto, who in 1880 founded our company with a copper alembic, still in use, of which this bottle is a replica. We make our PX Gin by resting a special selection in American oak barrels that previously aged sweet Pedro Ximenez type wines, from which unmistakable nuances of aroma and flavor are extracted.
